Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from Aurivo Performance (aurivoperformance.com). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Our products. All Aurivo Performance products are digital downloads (PDF files), delivered electronically straight after payment. Nothing is shipped.

2. Orders and payment. Prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP) and may be shown converted into your local currency. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

3. Delivery. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to the email address you provide. If you don't receive it, contact us and we'll resend it.

4. Cancellations and refunds. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download has started. Faulty files are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Licence and use. When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own training. You may print it for personal use. You may not share, copy, resell, redistribute, publish or use the content commercially. All content remains the intellectual property of Aurivo Performance.

6. Health and safety disclaimer. Our guides provide general fitness, nutrition and recovery information for educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or qualified professional. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you are pregnant, injured or have a medical condition. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You take part in any training at your own risk.

7. Results. Results vary from person to person and depend on effort, consistency and individual factors. We do not guarantee any specific result.

8. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the price you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections given by the law of your country.
