How do I receive my guide?
Straight after payment you'll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and we also email it to you. Nothing is shipped.
What format are the guides?
All guides are PDFs. They open on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can print them.
I didn't get my download email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, email aurivoperformance@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Which guide is right for me?
Each product page has an "Ideal for" section explaining who the guide suits and the experience needed. If you want everything, The Aurivo Complete Collection includes all five guides for less.
What currency will I pay in?
Prices show in your local currency where available, for example USD in the US, EUR in Germany and GBP in the UK.
Can I get a refund?
Because our products are instant digital downloads, we don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If a file is faulty or won't open, contact us and we'll fix or replace it. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Can I share my guide?
Guides are for your personal use only. Please don't share, resell or redistribute them.
